Tasha Settles, C.S.A. - Owner

Tasha is a native of Rogers and has worked as a life and health agent since 2010. She offers a unique skill set developed from work in this and other industries to help people plan for a long life of independence, financial well-being, and good health. When she isn’t taking care of her clients she enjoys travel, learning just about anything, being outside as much as possible, and she even strums a guitar.

Allison Frizzell - Consulting Agent

Allison joined CBI65 in 2019 after 14 years in corporate Human Resources and Benefit Administration, and another five years as a small business owner. After a childhood in Florida and Oklahoma, Allison has lived most of her life in NWA. She is proud to hail from a large family that’s resided in Rogers for five generations! She is eager to put her excellent memory and love of research to good use by finding the best insurance options for her clients. Outside the office, Allison enjoys spending time with her children, and grandchildren.

Abigail McBryde - Customer Service Agent

Abby joined CBI65 in 2022 and obtained her agent’s license in her first year of insurance service! She was born in neighboring Pineville, Missouri and lived there nine years before moving to Rogers and graduating from Heritage High School. Northwest Arkansas is the perfect place for her to enjoy the great outdoors with her family and friends. When she isn’t organizing CBI65 and solving client problems she likes to hike, swim, and spend time with her cats Kitten and Toad.

Liz Hatfield - Owner

Liz is a native of Maryville, Missouri who relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 1983. She’s been an insurance agent since 1986. Liz sold her group insurance agency in and came to work as an agent and co-owner of CBI65 in 2015. She is retired from customer service but still works in an ownership capacity and enjoys running into our clients.
